• 7G and 7R field trip on the 25th of May.

          • Dear 7r and 7g Parents,

            We are pleased to announce that a field trip to the Bookshop and the Cosmopark Bowling area been arranged for Wednesday 25 May.  This field trip has been arranged to allow our students a chance to understand how to promote Bishkek for visitors in the area or who wish to live here and to obtain a glimpse into University books.

            They will need to bring a backpack and their reading book as well as water and a pencil case for the last two lessons of the day.

            9.00 Students will leave the school by bus with teacher chaperones

            9.00 till 9.45 – Bookshop visit at the University Bookshop Arabeava.

            10.00 – 11.00- short relaxing time in the morning to have a light snack and drink at Sierra.

            11.00-13.00-Bowling at Cosmopark

            13.00-1400- Lunch at Cosmopark

            14.00  -Return to school for the last two lessons.

            The school will provide a sack lunch.

            The Bowling Alley will cost around 170 som.

            They will need money for Sierra to have a snack and a drink- we suggest no more than 400 som.

            To purchase a book- around 300 to 400 som. [if books are on sale]

            Total for the day: 1300 som per child.[estimate]

            Children are to take extra care with their wallets ensuring that money is not left lying around and they cannot lend each other money, as each child will need to safeguard their own money.

            As this is an OIS field trip students are expected to be in proper OIS uniform and to obey the OIS Student Code of Conduct at all times.  Students who do not wish to attend the trip must attend regularly scheduled classes.

            Уважаемые родители!

            Мы рады Вам сообщить о предстоящей поездке в книжный магазин при университете им. Арабаева 

            и о посещении боулинга в развлекательном центре Космопарк. Данное мероприятие состоится 25/05/2016.

             

             9:00            - Выезд со школы на школьном автобусе

             9:00 - 9:45   - Книжный магазин (покупка книг по желанию, одна книга стоит около 300-400 сомов)

             9:45 - 11:00 - Свободное время в кафе Sierra (легкий завтрак – около 400 сомов)

            11:00 - 13:00 – Боулинг (170-200 сомов)

            13:00 - 14:00 -Обеденный перерыв в Космопарке

            14:00            -Возвращение в школу (9,10 периоды по расписанию).

             

            Школа предоставит снэк ланч.

            Ученики должны прийти в школу в этот день в школьной форме.  

            Ученики, не принимающие участие в поездке, учатся по расписанию.

             

            Приблизительная сумма затрат - 1000-1300 сомов (каждый ребенок покупает и платит ТОЛЬКО за себя!)
